My Qualifications

I have been a real estate broker for over 30 years, beginning my real estate career by working for one of the largest new home builders in Oregon. Not only did this company build homes but also mobile home parks, shopping centers, apartments and golf course communities. The experience I gained gave me a broad knowledge of land development, property management, building construction, customer service and satisfaction, maintenance issues and how a home's value can be increased by bringing it to it's fullest potential. I hold the Certified Residential Specialist designation, the Certified Negotiation Expert designation and I continually update my real estate education through classes and seminars to benefit myself and my clients. I am familiar with condominium associations, budgets and how they are managed. I have been a member of the Declaration and Bylaw Revisions Committee of a condominium association of which I am an owner. I am a real estate investor and a landlord and believe in real estate investments as an essential part of anyone's portfolio. I am a 3 year recipient of the Five Star Real Estate Professional Agent Award shown in Portland Monthly magazine.

My Philsophy

I consider myself very lucky to love what I do for a living. I am enthusiastic about helping people find just the "right" home or sell their home "successfully". Commitment to my clients, attention to detail, excellent communication and exceptional service distinquishes me in the real estate field. The majority of my business comes from satisfied repeat clients and their family and friends that they have referred to me. It is the greatest compliment to be considered their 'trusted real estate advisor". This is my goal with every new client. I want to earn their trust.
